Wheat gluten adversely affects schizophrenics

This post includes a summary of a paper published in Science 1976 Jan 30;191(4225):401-2 and a recipe for eggs in a nest.                                                                                                      Books:

Schizophrenics reacted adversely when fed wheat. The observed effects seemed to be due to the schizophrenia-promoting effect of wheat gluten.

Recipe of the day

Eggs in a Nest

Ingredients:
Two Eggs                                                                                                               Food Mall: Eggs
Organic Soy-free Omega 3 Eggs (8 dozen)Chard (2 bunches)
Grated Zucchini (2 Large)
Avocado

Instructions:
Saute your veggies (i.e. chard, spinach, kale, zucchini...), until almost cooked.

Create a "nest", for your eggs, with the veggies.

Crack the eggs into your "nest".

Cover your pan with a lid and cook eggs to desired doneness.
