The ketogenic diet can reduce seizure frequency in children with epilepsy

Recipe of the day

Herby Beefburgers

Ingredients:
Organic Grass Fed Ground Beef ONE (1 lb. Package)
Food Mall: Ground Beef
675g/1½lb ground beef
4 spring onions, finely chopped
45ml/3tbsp freshly chopped flat-leaf parsley
Salt and freshly milled black pepper

Method:
1.In a large bowl, mix all the burger ingredients together. Using damp hands shape the mixture into six evenly-sized burgers.

2.Place on a large foil-lined plate or tray, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

3.Cook the burgers under a preheated grill or barbecue for 8-12 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked and any meat juices run clear.
