Weight Loss was compared in three diets; low-fat, restricted-calorie; Mediterranean, restricted-calorie; or low-carbohydrate/high fat, non–restricted-calorie.
The low carb/high fat diet produced the most weight loss and also improved cholesterol.

3 large lettuce leaves
1 cooked chicken, chopped into bite-size pieces
1/2 c sliced red pepper1 plum tomato, sliced
1/2 avocado
bacon
Wash and pat dry the large lettuce leaves. In the center of each leaf, pile all of the ingredients.
